Release Notes (Hot Fix) - 5.0.1

Fix

• Nodes currently on v5.0.0-pre.3 use outdated consensus rules which take effect at block height 85,000. As a a result, any node still on v5.0.0-pre.3 will reject valid blocks from the main chain. This fix ensures that consensus rules are correctly applied.

Deployment

It is recommended that users on v5.0.0-pre.3 upgrade their nodes to v5.0.1. Full release notes and all deployment instructions can be found on the v5.0.0 release.
