Designs saved in 0.24.1 use format 40 and don't open in 0.24.0 or older.

Highlights
- Faster viewport on big assemblies: colours live apart from geometry, so highlighting, hiding and see-through no longer re-upload the model; off-screen bodies are skipped; assembly names no longer rescan the design (#6970, #7416, #7423, #7436, #7380, #7396, #7411).
- Copy and paste bodies and components, between components and between designs (#3390).
- Send to Slicer: send the selected bodies straight to your slicer (#3600).
- Cone primitive with base and top radius (#6250), and Sketch Transform: one box with handles to scale, move and turn what you picked (#6004).
- Canvas to Sketch: trace a canvas image into a sketch (#4263); Insert SVG/DXF lets you place, size and turn the drawing first (#3542).
- Reopen the designs you had open at the last quit (#6006).
- Arabic, with right-to-left text (#3768).
Modelling and interface
- Press Pull on a fillet's round face edits the fillet (#6815); Extrude to Object with Join also joins the target (#6471).
- A cut made while bodies are hidden leaves them alone; Loft's automatic Join skips hidden bodies (#5148, #6894).
- History lists a sketch under the feature built from it, and shows the origin and bodies at the top; a feature's eye shows or hides the bodies it made (#6494, #6495, #6109).
- Move/Copy can select from the Browser and goes on to From, Point or Axis after a pick (#4774, #6171).
- Dialogs have OK and Cancel at the top (#6713); Shift snaps free orbit direction and roll (#6949).
- Render workspace groundwork: the lit-sphere and look-chain widgets (#6284).
Fixes
- macOS native crashes are captured in crash reports (#6593).
- Pattern and Mirror seeds and construction planes reference features by id (#6858).
- A changed length dimension keeps its start point (#6139).
Compatibility
0.24.1 writes design file format 40 (0.24.0 wrote 39). It opens every earlier design, but 0.24.0 and earlier refuse a design saved by 0.24.1.
