Always Think toggles
Added toggles to force thinking mode ON for Flash models without keywords.
A new Always Think section appears in the vault tool menu (📦 icon), with per-model-family checkboxes:
- Flash — OFF by default. Check to always enable thinking for Flash models.
- Flash Lite — ON by default. Thinking has minimal cost and speed impact on Flash Lite, so keeping it on is recommended.
When OFF, the existing keyword-based detection ("think", "analyze", etc.) is used.
