- Skill creation is now discoverable from the UI — The workflow dropdown, modal title, description, and placeholder now mention both workflows and skills, guiding users to the "Create as agent skill" checkbox
- README updated — Added skill creation steps to the AI workflow section and expanded the Agent Skills section with creation instructions
