Automatic RAG Sync on Obsidian Startup
You can now keep your RAG store up to date automatically whenever Obsidian starts.
- Added a new Startup workflow event, triggered once when the Obsidian workspace is ready.
- Updated the rag-sync workflow node to perform a full checksum-based incremental vault sync.
- Unchanged files are skipped, while changed and deleted files are synchronized.
- rag-sync uses the currently selected RAG setting when ragSetting is omitted.
- Startup triggers ignore file pattern filters.
- RAG synchronization errors now cause the workflow to fail instead of being reported as a successful run.
- Added setup screenshots and instructions to the README.
To enable startup synchronization, create a workflow containing a rag-sync node, then assign the Startup event
using the workflow’s event trigger settings.
