• Updated the release workflow to create Obsidian-compatible release tags without a v prefix.
  • Release tags now match the exact version in manifest.json, for example 1.13.7.
  • Draft release workflow is unchanged, so release notes can still be edited manually before publishing.
• Updated version bump handling so versions.json is only extended when minAppVersion changes.
