Bug fixes

• Windows with borders aren't blurred entirely (#8)
  Since window borders belong to the decoration, it'll be necessary to enable decoration blur if you want to have them blurred.

Changes

• The option to exclude windows from having their decorations blurred has been removed. It is no longer necessary, as the plugin will now only apply decoration blur to windows with server-side decorations.
