Mise Integration
Many tool management and task running jobs have been moved from make and go tool to Mise, with the README updated to match. Mise is now the expected tool for any contributor working on this repository.
Test Upgrades
Many tests have been bumped or tweaked to handle newer versions of Jenkins LTS. I have pinned the Docker image and plugin versions in the integration tests to mitigate future drift.
XML Version Incompatibilities
If you were encountering version incompatibility notices for XML version 1.1 in newer versions of Jenkins, these should now be addressed. Thanks to @Lerentis for the contribution!
