Updated gam <CrOSTypeEntity> getcommand commandid <CommandID> to handle the following error:

ERROR: 404: notFound - Requested entity was not found.

Fixed bug in gam <UserTypeEntity> copy drivefile <DriveFileEntity> that caused a trap.
