Added option aliasesincolumns to gam print courses that alters the display of course aliases.
When the aliases option is used, all aliases are displayed in the single column Aliases separated by a delimiter. As aliases can contain spaces, this format could make the data hard to interpret. When aliasesincolumns is specified, the Aliases column contains the number of aliases and Aliases.0, Aliases.1, ... contain the individual aliases.
