Added option copymaterialsfiles [<Boolean>] to gam create|update course copyfrom.
When used in conjunction with announcementstates and workstates, any files referenced by materials
in announcements or class work in the copyfrom course will be copied to the course being created/updated; by default, links to those files will be copied. You must verify that the teacher of the course being created/updated has access to the files in the copyfrom course. Files can only be copied to a course that is ACTIVE; GAM will adjust the course state as necessary.
