Added option groupsincolumns to gam print users as an alternative to the groups option.

With groups', there will be two columns displayed: GroupsCountandGroups`.

• GroupsCount - The number of groups to which the user belongs
• Groups - A list of group email addresses

With groupsincolumns', there will be multiple columns displayed: GroupsandGroups.`.

• Groups - The number of groups to which the user belongs
• Groups.<Number> - A single group enail address
