アップデートを行う際にexe,dllが変わった時にはWebView2のキャッシュを削除するようにしました。
%temp%\tablacus\EBWebViewを削除します -
Blink版がうまく動かない場合
WebView2のキャッシュを削除
一度、Tablacus Explorerをすべて終了してから、エクスプローラーのアドレスバーに%temp%\tablacusと入力してEnterを押して開いてください。そこに「EBWebView」というフォルダがあるので削除してからTablacus Explorerを起動してみて下さい。

これでもダメな場合のとりあえずの回避策
Tablacus Eplorerを閉じてから フォルダlibにあるtewv32.dllとtewv64.dllを削除してみて下さい。 -
If the Blink version doesn't work
Delete WebView2 Cache
First, close all instances of Tablacus Explorer. Then, open File Explorer, enter %temp%\tablacus in the address bar, and press Enter. You’ll see a folder named "EBWebView" — please delete that folder, then try launching Tablacus Explorer again.

If that still doesn’t work, as a temporary workaround, close Tablacus Explorer once more, delete tewv32.dll and tewv64.dll from the lib folder, and try launching the application again.
