Major release

This comes with a change to the app id to dev.clombardo.dnsnet. This is because I plan on releasing this app to Accrescent and they're going to require domain verification soon. I'm also starting the work to publish this on Google Play when I have the time. It'll be better to get updates from those sources in the future as soon as they're available.

This means that you'll have to migrate from the old id to the new one. This is simple because you can export your config to a file and the import it in the new version. Sorry that this had to happen at all though. I didn't anticipate publishing this anywhere when I first started working on this project.

• Keep host filtering enabled always
• Decrease opacity on text for buttons that are disabled
• Remove watchdog warning
• Update baseline/startup profiles
• Update dependencies
