Polish audio outputs and restore Windows Tile Snap:

• Keep expanded speaker choices compact and exclude the active endpoint from the list.
• Force Steam Streaming device names hidden by default.
• Create Tile Snap overlay WebViews on the Tauri main thread to fix Windows Tile Snap.
• Bump to 9.7.0.

Requirements

• Display control is built in (vendored platform code) — no external tools needed on macOS or Windows
• macOS Window Tiling: Requires Accessibility permission. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and add Display DJ. See setup instructions
• Linux: Install ddcutil and brightnessctl for display control: sudo apt install ddcutil brightnessctl i2c-tools
