Audio Output improvements:

• Volume section now shows a readonly Output Speakers () - heading that matches the All Monitors label styling.
• Expanded mode keeps the selected output as an editable blue rename link, and per-device rename buttons are styled in the same accent blue.
• Widen the Enabled/Disabled/Hidden dropdown with more padding and a larger font for readability.

Requirements

• Display control is built in (vendored platform code) — no external tools needed on macOS or Windows
• macOS Window Tiling: Requires Accessibility permission. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and add Display DJ. See setup instructions
• Linux: Install ddcutil and brightnessctl for display control: sudo apt install ddcutil brightnessctl i2c-tools
