- Webcam overlay — toggle in recording toolbar to show a live camera feed bubble during screen recordings. Supports circle and rounded rectangle shapes, four corner positions, three sizes (small/medium/large). Right-click the webcam button to select a camera device. Settings available in both the recording settings popover and Preferences Recording tab. Camera session is reused when starting recording to avoid startup flash.

Fixed
- Recording "Stop Sharing" button — clicking macOS's "Stop Sharing" in the screen recording indicator now gracefully stops the recording instead of leaving a zombie state. Implemented
SCStreamDelegate.stream(_:didStopWithError:). - Color wheel toolbar sync — selecting a color via right-click color wheel now updates the toolbar color swatch immediately.
- Google Drive error messages — folder search, folder creation, and file upload now surface Google's actual API error message and HTTP status code instead of generic "failed" strings.
- Recording permission dialog overlap — when multiple permissions (mic + camera) need prompting on first use, dialogs now appear sequentially instead of overlapping behind the overlay.
- Mouse highlight performance — replaced runaway draw loop (9% CPU in profiler) with a 30fps timer that auto-stops when idle. Reusable NSBezierPath eliminates per-frame allocations.
- Webcam preview follows selection move — moving the recording area via the move tool now repositions the webcam preview to match.
