- Font family picker — text tool now has a font dropdown in the secondary toolbar with 22 curated typefaces (System, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Avenir Next, Futura, Georgia, and more), each rendered in its own font for a live preview.
- Text settings in secondary toolbar — bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, font size, and cancel/confirm controls are now drawn inline in the tool options row, replacing the old floating control bar.

- Beautify gradients redesigned — 18 new gradient styles (up from 12) organized in 6 rows: warm, blues, pink/purple, greens/nature, dark/moody, and clean/neutral. Includes multi-color 4-stop gradients inspired by modern screenshot tools.
- Evenly-spaced dashed/dotted lines — dash and dot patterns on rectangles, ellipses, lines, and arrows now adjust segment size to tile evenly around the shape perimeter, eliminating asymmetric bunching.
- Dotted freeform strokes — dotted pencil strokes now place dots at evenly-spaced arc-length positions instead of relying on Core Graphics dash patterns, fixing uneven spacing with smoothing off.
- Beautify slider spacing — increased margins between Pad/Rad/Shd/BgR sliders so labels no longer overlap adjacent controls.
- Default text size — increased from 16 to 20.
Fixed
- Beautify annotation controls — move/resize handles and selection highlights now draw on top of the beautify preview instead of being hidden behind it.
- Beautify translate overlay — translated text overlays now render inside the beautify preview instead of being filtered out.
- Editor window options row clipping — the secondary toolbar (tool options row) is now accounted for in the editor window's padding, preventing it from being cut off.
