Gaussian Blur Tool
New annotation tool next to Pixelate — applies a real Gaussian blur instead of pixelation. Drag to select a region, blur is applied on release.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed pixelate and blur content offset — both tools now render correctly regardless of drag direction
