Changes from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2

This updates the FFmpeg libs to 9.0.2, fixing some sound problems which were occurring since the 1.6 release. Also, the 1.6 release should have been using FFmpeg 9 to start with, so, we will call this a bug fix release :)
