Changes from 1.2 to 1.2.1

Bug fixes

• Fix occasional hang while quitting the app.
• Fix regressions to streaming video: new window would not show until loaded, had wrong video size, & did not show buffer indicator.
• When restoring windows, do not resume playing until windows are ready to show. Previously, video could play for a short time while still being hidden.

Improvements

• Add italic to <None> entry in each track list table.
