- The config validator now checks the
defaultoption of Select, Relation, File, Image, Number, Code, List and Object fields against the field’s other options, so a default that would otherwise be silently dropped or saved to the entry as-is is reported on the login screen. A List or Objectthumbnailthat isn’t an Image or File subfield, and aview_groupsorview_filtersdefaultthat names no group or filter, are reported as well. - A List
defaultitem can now leave out subfields, which get their own defaults just like an item added in the editor. - Signing in to GitHub with a fine-grained personal access token under the Editorial Workflow requires the Pull requests permission as well as Contents. The token generation link now pre-selects it, and the sign-in dialog says so. (#1000)
