v3.0.2: Fix .tbz/.tgz extraction, add --no-suffix flag, adaptive ls description width
- Fix .tbz/.tgz archives misidentified as standalone executables
- Add --no-suffix flag to skip variant suffix in command names
- Adaptive description truncation in ls based on terminal width
- Use char-based truncation to prevent UTF-8 panic
