Features and improvements:

• Add uncompressed binary detection for GitHub releases without file extensions
• Show download URL when installing/upgrading packages
• Support wenget info for manually installed packages (not in cache)
• Shorter timeout (10s) for bucket fetching to improve responsiveness

Code quality:

• Add HttpClient::with_timeout() for configurable timeouts
• Clean up dev notes and remove deprecated install scripts
