Release v1.1.0: collections and thumbs

Two image gaps against Jellyfin's built-in TMDB provider are closed.

Collections (issue #5). Language-Aware TMDB Images is now offered as an
image fetcher for collections, including the ones the TMDb Box Sets plugin
creates. Posters and backdrops follow the same preferred / fallback /
textless cascade as movies. TMDB stores no original language for a
collection, so the optional original-language bucket uses the most common
one among the collection's movies.

Thumbs (issue #6). Movies, series and collections now get thumbs, the
landscape art with the title in it that the built-in provider offers. Like
there, a thumb is a TMDB backdrop that carries a language, and it is ranked
through the same language buckets, so you get the one in your library's
language first. A new option, "Allow textless thumbs", lets a textless
backdrop fill in as a last resort when no titled one exists (off by
default).

TMDB has no banners or disc art, so keep Fanart or TVDB enabled below this
plugin for those.

To use either, enable Language-Aware TMDB Images in the library's image
fetchers (for collections, the collection library's settings) and move it
to the top.
