Merge: configurable textless priority + image-picker docs (#3)
Adds per-image-type PreferNoLanguageFor{Posters,Backdrops,Logos} so textless
images can rank first instead of dead-last, and documents the library-language
tagging / dead "All languages" toggle as a by-design trade-off. Bumps to 0.9.0.
