v0.7.3: split combined episode titles on '/' for the TMDB title match

A combined-episode library (e.g. SpongeBob altdvd via TVDB tracks a
single library entry like "Hey, dein Schuh ist offen / Der Stellvertreter"
that corresponds to two separate single-sketch episodes on TMDB) was
producing an empty title-match result: the full string never appears in
TMDB's per-episode title list.

Title matching now builds an ordered list of candidates:

  1. The full normalised title (for episodes whose canonical title
    legitimately contains "/").
  2. Each "/"-separated component, normalised.

First hit wins. For the SpongeBob example the second candidate
"heydeinschuhistoffen" matches TMDB's single-sketch S2E3, and the
plugin returns that sketch's still as the image for the combined
library entry. Not perfect (the entry actually contains two sketches),
but it's the right thematic image for a "feet / shoes" plot vs. the
built-in provider's positional fallback which would otherwise return
an unrelated still.

Also adds "ein " / "eine " to the leading-articles strip list, since
German indefinite articles are as common as definite ones and were
previously stranded ("Ein Freund, ein guter Freund" wasn't normalising
the same way "Der Freund" would have).
