v0.7.2: fix episode title-match by tagging Language on RemoteImageInfo

The episode title-match provider was returning RemoteImageInfo objects
without a Language tag. Jellyfin's downstream pipeline:

  1. Filters image-provider results to {empty, preferred, fallback}.
  2. Sorts the survivors with OrderByLanguageDescending(preferred),
which puts preferred first, fallback (typically en) second, and
    null / empty last.
  3. Picks the top-ranked image as Episode.Primary.

With Language=null, the title-matched still survived step 1 but lost
step 2 to the built-in TMDB image provider's images, which carry
proper Language tags. The wrong-position image from the built-in
provider therefore always won, defeating the entire feature.

Fix: tag the returned RemoteImageInfo with the effective preferred
language (or fallback if no preferred is configured). The image now
sorts to the top of the language order and beats the built-in's
wrong-position still. Episode stills are language-agnostic on TMDB,
so the tag is purely Jellyfin-pipeline arithmetic.

Also promotes the match-success log from Debug to Information with
S/E context so users can see at a glance whether title matching is
firing for their alt-order shows.
