Configurable TMDB image scaling per image type.
Requested on r/jellyfin: parity with the official TMDB plugin's image scaling options. The plugin now has separate size dropdowns for poster, backdrop, logo and still images, each populated with the exact size list TMDB's /configuration endpoint exposes for that type:
- Poster: w92, w154, w185, w342, w500, w780, original
- Backdrop: w300, w780, w1280, original
- Logo: w45, w92, w154, w185, w300, w500, original
- Still: w92, w185, w300, original
Defaults are all original (matches the official TMDB plugin). Only the URL builder changed; sort, filter and disguise logic is untouched. Profile sizes (for person photos) are deliberately not added because this plugin doesn't handle person images, the built-in TMDB plugin keeps doing those.
