Fixes #1: vote_count primary sort was being overridden by Jellyfin.
Issue: Jellyfin's downstream OrderByLanguageDescending re-sorts our list with ThenByDescending(CommunityRating).ThenByDescending(VoteCount), which inverts our intended primary sort. Plugin claimed vote_count-first, actually delivered vote_average-first.
Fix: new SortByVotes config toggle (default true). When on, set RemoteImageInfo.CommunityRating to null so Jellyfin's tiebreaker collapses through to VoteCount. When off, leave CommunityRating set to vote_average for Jellyfin's standard rating-first sort.
Tradeoff for SortByVotes=true users: the image's star rating is no longer shown in the picker UI (since CommunityRating is what Jellyfin renders there). The vote count is also hidden because Jellyfin's UI nests the vote count inside the rating block. Acceptable given that "TMDB UI ordering" was the whole point of the plugin in the first place.
