New Features:
- Modified the controller binding menu so that buttons can be bound quickly in a sequence of single presses, without locking the other player out of binding buttons
- Rematches are now unlimited when there are only 2 modded players in a lobby
- Added an option to auto-hide the UI after 1 second of no keyboard/mouse input

- Improved window behavior for users with low refresh rate displays
- Prevented Steam Cloud sync error from occurring after netplay sessions
