Upgrade

• Recording notification emails are now sent from a Celery task.
• Application secrets are re-hashed with SHA-256 the next time they are successfully verified. No key rotation is needed, and the previous hash is kept.
• LOBBY_COOKIE_NAME is no longer read and can be removed from your environment.
