Another set of improvements
Added:
- New initial launch screen, which clearly shows what ways of installing there are.
- Rising (new default) and trending sort options.
Modified:
- New storage path and name structure. Each pack is now stored in its own pack folder.
- Better error handling, which should prevent corrupted nxthemes from being created.
- Pressing a button now toggles a menu.
- Even faster image loading!
