Select GOG downloads, seperate proton paths and bugfixes

Install/update for steam deck users:

1. Launch into the desktop mode
2. Open a Konsole window
3. Paste the following command into it: curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/suchmememanyskill/steam-deck-addons/main/Launcher-multiplatform-game-launcher/install-launcher.sh | sh

• Update some links to the old repository name

GOG

• Fix offline mode ( #11 )
• Show 'Offline...' in plugins menu when offline ( #8 )
• Get the option to download between windows and linux releases, if available ( #10 )

Itch

• Show 'Offline...' in plugins menu when offline ( #8 )
• Add download size to downloads menu
• Set executable permissions when downloading linux builds of games ( #3 )

Steam

• Allow separating proton prefixes per game ( #9 )
  • By default, ~/proton_alfae/default will be used for all games using proton
  • When selecting a game > Set Boot Configuration, you can select to separate proton path. This instead will make the proton prefix path ~/proton_alfae/(game service).(internal game name)
