Require TLS 1.3 for private curl requests while retaining HTTP/2, hybrid/classical groups, certificate verification and proxy handling. HTTPS targets and TLS-intercepting proxies must support TLS 1.3. Normal high-level fresh login was verified; this does not guarantee recovery from every HTTP 429 or post-TOTP failure.
This release also includes expanded sanitized CAA/two-factor stage details in the standalone login diagnostic and updates development Ruff to 0.16.10.
