⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• extensions: between no longer always returns null for null inputs.
  A non-null bound that rules out a match now produces false.
• Masks output fields in selection order. For a schema
  [c0, c1, c2], a mask [2, 0] outputs [c2, c0]. Consumers that use schema
  order must change; masks already in schema order are unaffected.

Bug Fixes

• extensions: align between null-bound semantics with SQL (#1304) (cb21a46)
