⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• proto: Moving LambdaInvocation.lambda into a oneof
  preserves the wire encoding of existing inline-lambda invocations but
  may break generated source APIs requiring code change around oneof
  access.

• extensions: the two-argument subtract:ptstz_iyear overload,
  subtract(precision_timestamp_tz<P>, interval_year), deprecated in
  0.100.0, has been removed. Use the three-argument
  subtract:ptstz_iyear_str overload,
  subtract(precision_timestamp_tz<P>, interval_year, string), and pass
  an explicit IANA timezone.
