Please note, I do all programming on my old Macbook Air and due to that reason I can only provide ready to install plugins for Mac. So if you're a Mac user just extract the .zip file and copy the Nebula DeEsser.clap (it looks like a folder but it ain't) to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/CLAP and that's it, badum....tsss!
That being said I have packed script files for Windows and Linx users, just run them and your plugin will be created.
