+ GUI: support multimedia keys for playback control
+ Windows: installer: upgrade existing installation
+ convert to .mp3: support writing 'picture' tags
+ convert: `-meta`: can read the value from file (e.g. `-meta picture=@file:cover.jpg`)
- converting .cue tracks might result in a crash in some cases
- playback: manual track switching could result in a sound glitch
- .cue playback crashed or misbehaved with `Auto Skip Ending` enabled
