Note: This is a beta version and NOT ready for use in production.

Sync

1. Use less memory to receive items: pushed ciphers stay UTF-8 from the hub to MongoDB, in pooled buffers, instead of becoming strings that are encoded again for the database. Stored items are unchanged.
2. Allocate less on every hub call: the account check uses a projection built once, and the hub no longer builds its collection lookups for each invocation
3. Reject a cipher that is only base64 padding as corrupted
