Changes

1. Add support for disabling 2FA
2. Improve reliability of password reset & key changing
3. Fix clearing user sessions also clearing the current session
4. Improve error message for attachment upload failures
5. Do not force HTTP protocol for presigned S3 URLs in dev/staging

Test drive

docker compose up

Make sure everything is up and running:

docker ps

All the above services must show (healthy) in the output.
