fix: Deprecate `cspell-lib/rpc`; import from `@cspell/rpc` (#9376)

cspell-lib/rpc is deprecated: import from @cspell/rpc instead. It still works, and editors now mark each of its exports as deprecated.

cspell-lib/rpc only passes @cspell/rpc through. Everything it exports (RPCClient, RPCServer, the RPC error classes, and their types) is available from @cspell/rpc directly.
Nothing else changes for users: every package exports the same names as before.

Technical Details

The published packages now list their exports by name instead of re-exporting whole modules, so the public API of each package is visible in its entry file, and anything added to an internal module only becomes public on purpose.
cspell and cspell-lib still re-export everything from @cspell/cspell-types, so everything their users need comes from one place.
The @cspell/eslint-plugin recommended config, from @cspell/eslint-plugin/configs, is now a plain config object with the same plugins and rules.
Unused files that only re-exported other modules were removed from @cspell/cspell-types and cspell-grammar.
