PXPlay: Windows and Linux Port Release (v1.2.0)/ Android Release (v6.6.0)
PSPlay was renamed to PXPlay!
This release brings several new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes, enhancing both usability and stability. PXPlay, previously known as PSPlay, also introduces support for advanced sensor features on handheld consoles like the Rog Ally, Rog Ally X and the Legion Go. To use PXPlay you need a license key which can be purchased here. Windows and Linux share the same license key, while the Android APK requires its own license.

- Add an option to disable all keyboard inputs in streaming settings to prevent interference during remote play.

- Improved system identifier logic to make handheld device type detection more generic and flexible across different GPUs.
- Fixed potential crashes in VulkanRenderer, improving streaming stability across various devices.
- Updated gamecontrollerdb mapping file and fixed issues with resetting gamepad settings.
Linux Specific Improvements:
- VAAPI Decoder Enhancements: Added specific VAAPI environment variables before initializing VAAPI, fixes no hardware decoder found on Systems like Fedora (or Fedora based System like Bazzite).
- Steam Deck OLED detection: Steam Deck OLED is now correctly recognized as a Steam Deck device, this enables features like gyro and accelerometer support.
Notable Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the unlock view would close unintentionally due to the back shortcut being triggered by the Windows onscreen keyboard.
- Fixed various focus and navigation issues across the user interface.
- Improved error handling in the VAAPI decoder on Linux.
- Resolved an issue causing unexpected remote connection drops.
- Fixed a debug assertion crash that occurred approximately 1 minute into a streaming session.

Licensing
To access the full version of PXPlay, a valid license is required. Licenses can be purchased here.
Each platform requires its own license key, except for Linux and Windows, which share a single key.
