- Settings & Navigation: Redesigned the mobile and TV settings experience. Improved submenu navigation and back behavior: making root settings back navigation return to the provider home instead of closing the app. Renamed "Network Settings" to "Connection & Services", clarified provider-specific settings, and added empty states when no options are available.
- Themes & Appearance: Added 8 new app themes (Sunset Cinema, Steel Blue, Forest Night, Crimson Noir, Midnight Violet, Nord Frost, Emerald Luxe, Retro Neon). Centralized theme handling and applied theme styling consistently across the interface (mobile bottom navigation, TV side navigation, QR scanner, and settings screens).
- Language & Localization: Added app language selection (restricted to real app-supported locales), updated and completed translations for supported languages (including Spanish), and improved labels for new settings entries.
- Parental Controls & Backups: Added TMDb-based parental controls with parental/admin PIN flows, recovery, and lockout handling. Fixed PIN dialog behavior and added PIN removal actions. Improved TV backup restore flow, including local backup selection and deletion.
- QR & Bypass Flow: Replaced the Play Services QR path with a local in-app scanner. Improved mobile/TV bypass handling and added supporting websocket bypass tools and utilities.
- General Stability: Fixed several navigation, artwork, caching, and player-related regressions. Improved provider configuration, recovery behavior, and extractor reliability (including PoseidonHD2 and FrenchManga-related work).
SSL Compatibility, Legacy Devices and Network thanks to @Or-Cr-Codex
- Android < 9 Support: Integrated the Conscrypt library to provide a modern TLS 1.3 engine on older Android versions and added the ISRG Root X1 Trust Anchors to maintain Let's Encrypt compatibility, preventing SSLHandshakeException crashes.
- Unified Player: Migrated both TV and Mobile player fragments to exclusively use the centralized NetworkClient.default. This ensures the video player inherits all SSL/TLS fixes, trust anchors, and shared cookies, preventing 403 Forbidden errors during playback.
- Wiflix Provider: Updated the default domain to flemmix.best. Enhanced onChangeUrl to automatically fetch the active domain from the portal. Added logic to exclude social media links (FB, TG, IG, etc.) and internal links during the extraction process.
- StreamingCommunity & Vixcloud: Implemented automatic retries to handle HTTP 410 (Gone) errors by re-fetching fresh iframe sources in the background. Added Retrofit service caching and optimized HLS playlist patching. Improved Referer header handling to meet Vixcloud's requirements.
