Stratis Core 2.2.0
This release of Stratis Core introduces new Voting functionality for defining the Collateral Amount required for new Masternodes joining the Cirrus Sidechain. More information can be found here: https://www.stratisplatform.com/2020/10/21/sidechain-masternode-collateral-vote/
An issue relating to an incorrect fee being applied when attempting to burn tokens is also resolved with this release.
This version utilizes the release/3.0.8.0 branch of the Stratis Full Node.
