User cards have been fleshed out and made usable!

They also pop out into a bigger view as seen here:

You can view/edit roles, view mutual friends, and view mutual servers/groups!

The sidebar toggle is back!

Some other changes:

• Fix holepunches throughout the app (i.e. the little spacing around status on avatars)
• Disable dnd animations for server list (they are quite buggy)
• More work on switching to M3 sys colours
• Fix bug where modal actions would trigger twice
• Fix bug where last reaction removed results in a "0" count
