Installation Modes

Configure installation behavior in config.ini:

• overwrite - Safest option, only overwrites files (preserves cheats/mods)
• replace_ams - Deletes and replaces /atmosphere only
• replace_ams_bl - Deletes and replaces /atmosphere and /bootloader
• clean - Fresh install, replaces /atmosphere, /bootloader, and /switch
