New Feature
- Command line interface menu from structs by @stephenberry
See cli_menu_test.cpp for an example.
Register structs of std::functions to automatically generate a command line interface of nested functions. The goal is to make these structs also automatically callable via RPC.
glaze/ext/cli_menu.hpp must be included explicitly to use. We don't want it to add code bloat to general Glaze usage.
