Deploy d352ad1 Diff: heroku/v318...heroku/v319 Move acme-challenges back because there would be a problem if EFS was enabled after /etc/letsencrypt is created. Just symlink it to /mnt/efs. Add ebextension to tag EBS volumes. There is no way to tag the root volume in a launch configuration. Rescue more errors.
