• Catch empty string in periscope_img.
• Change "not_found" to "error Sinatra::NotFound" to allow routes to return their own 404 messages.
• Disable better_errors because it does not work well in Ruby 2.5.
• Skip bit.ly spam and phising warning interstitial.
• Use start_with? instead of include?
• Requesting with_tags now returns an error.
